You are an individual. You are unique. Your approach to wellness needs to be tailored specifically to you: your physical body, your state of mind, and your inner spirit. Who you are, where you’ve been, where you want to go. No one else is like you, so we need to learn as much as we can about you. This starts with completing the intake form so we can discover who you are right now. Many clients find this an eye-opening exercise!

Get Started!

You’ve decided to move forward. The next step is to schedule a consultation. This is a video conference meeting where we will discuss your case history and go over options and approaches to addressing your concerns. How did you get to where you are? What needs to change so you can move forward? You will learn about the foundations of wellness, and holistic health options that can help you on your journey. This can include aromatherapy, Bach flowers, acupressure, herbs, vitamins, food, and movement, just to name a few! By the end of this meeting, you will have an individualized plan of how to start working on your health goals.

Life isn’t perfect. We know you’ll hit some barriers and setbacks along the way. You can always schedule a “quick question” session with your holistic health practitioner to tackle these inevitable hiccups, overcome your obstacles, and keep you moving forward toward your goal.
